Apple rolls out WWDC 2015 channel on Apple TV to watch June 8th keynote live

It looks like Apple is going to once again be providing a live stream of its WWDC keynote this year. On Monday the company updated its Events channel on Apple TV with a new program labeled “WWDC 2015 Keynote – LIVE.”

Apple is yet to update its Event website, but it is also likely to live stream the keynote on its website so you can watch it on your iOS device or Mac. The live stream will start at 10:00 am on June 8 according to the channel description.

Apple is widely expected to unveil iOS 9 and OS X 10.11, the next major release for iOS devices and Macs at next week’s developer conference. While nothing is official, iOS 9 is believed to focus on optimizations and enhancements behind the scenes, while new Transit Maps, a makeover for Siri, and even the inclusion of the Apple-made San Francisco font are all rumored to be included with the new software. Apple is also expected to announce its new music streaming service at the event.
