Workflow update adds Apple Watch support with over 200 automated actions

Popular iOS app Workflow announced on Tuesday support for the Apple Watch, to bring automation to activities on your wrist.
“Workflows automate things you do every day by connecting your favorite apps and services together. Now workflows can help you do less with your phone, and more from your wrist,” Workflow wrote on its new Apple Watch website.

Any workflows that are created on the iPhone will automatically be viewable on the Watch for easy tracking, and version 1.2 will also let users transfer information from the Watch to the iPhone via Handoff.

The workflows available on the Apple Watch include the ability to record audio, create reminders, tweet to Twitter, get directions home, even request an Uber, among other things. Having access to these pieces of functionality right from the wrist will surely be a welcomed feature for the wearable for the users that use Workflow already.

Right now, to celebrate the impending arrival of version 1.2, DeskConnect is offering the Workflow app for only $2.99, down from the $4.99 regular price. A link to the app is below.

You can download Workflow for iOS for $2.99 from the iTunes App Store.
