Apple reassures customers it is ‘working on’ Apple Watch pre-orders

Worried about your Apple Watch order that’s still showing “Processing Items”? Apple is no doubt aware of the concern. Just a few minutes ago, I received this email from Apple about one of my pending Apple Watch orders.
The email, which appears to be going out to those who were promised a delivery between April 24 and sometime in early May, is entitled “We’re working on your order.” A copy obtained by MacRumors reads:
The message is likely intended to reduce customer concern regarding Apple Watch delivery dates, which have been pretty vague so far. Many still aren’t totally sure when their device will arrive, and some of those who expected to get them tomorrow are yet to receive shipping info.
Apple has also been providing regular updates to its retail staff, who are facing questions from customers regarding Watch’s availability.
Have you received any correspondence from Apple? What do you think about the Apple Watch launch overall?
