How to jailbreak iOS 8.2 beta 2 on Mac Using PP Jailbreak

Although Apple has closed the signing window for iOS 8.1.2, there’s still an inkling of hope for those of you who are developers and wish to jailbreak your devices. How so? iOS 8.2 beta 2 is still being signed by Apple, and this firmware is still jailbreakable.

What does this mean? It means that even if you’re currently on iOS 8.1.3 or any other firmware, you can downgrade or upgrade to iOS 8.2 beta 2 and then jailbreak your device using the PP Jailbreak tool for Mac.

So shall we start ?

How to jailbreak iOS 8.2 beta 2 on Mac

STEP 1: First of all, download PP jailbreak from here.

STEP 2: Connect your iPhone to Mac via USB cable..

STEP 3: Make sure you disable both Passcode and Find My iPhone from Settings--> Touch ID & Passcode.

STEP 4: Now double click on PP jailbreak to open it.

STEP 5: PPJailbreak will take some time to detect your device. Once you confirm that it is showing the correct firmware version, deselect the check box at the bottom as it seems to install the Chinese pirated app store.

STEP 6: Click on the button at the center to proceed.

NOTE: Make sure you un-check the PP check box in the bottom left-hand corner.

STEP 7: Click on the button to the right on the next page to proceed, where it tells you to disable the passcode and Find my iPhone feature.

STEP 8: After jailbreaking process is completed, you should see Cydia store installed on your iPhone.. Congratulations you've just jailbroken your iPhone running on iOS 8.2 beta 2..

Please don’t forget to re-enable the passcode and Find My iPhone feature after successfully jailbreaking your device.
