Watch out ! Your iPhone 6 Plus Could Bend In Your Pocket

Apple heavily markets the new iPhone 6 Plus calling it the thinnest and the largest iPhone ever made. But it looks like there is a big serious problem has just appeared to many iPhone users. A new report claims that the ultra-thin 5.5-millimeter chassis has led to a growing number of users accidentally bending the smartphone in their pocket. The problem is informally becoming known as “bent-gate.”

According to a discussion thread on MacRumors forum, several users have been engaged in a conversation about the issue since Sunday morning. The original poster Hanzoh shared the following story about how his iPhone 6 Plus, pictured above, became slightly bent after a night of sitting and dancing at a wedding.

Here's a short story from an iPhone 6 Plus user:
“Yesterday, I left at 10am with the iPhone in my left FRONT pocket of my suit pants. I drove 4 hours to a wedding, which also involved a lot of sitting during dinner etc but also 2-3 hours of dancing. I left at 2am and went to bed, driving home 4 hours back.

So in total, the 6 Plus was about 18 hours in my pocket while sitting mostly.

As I lay it on the coffee tableand sat down on the couch to relax from the drive (yes, sitting again), I saw the reflection of the window in the iPhones slightly distorted. Now I lay it flat with the display side on the table, take a look.”
The iPhone 6 Plus is certainly not the first Apple smartphone to be prone to bending. Over the past few years, similar reports have also surfaced about the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s in isolated incidents. As the iPhone 6 is thinner than its predecessors, however, damage from pressure points could be even more common or worse.
What do you think guys ? Have you ever noticed any differences in your new iPhone 6 ?
