How to type in an app while the app switcher is open

For those of you who don’t know, there are a lot of things that can be done with the iOS 7 App Switcher. For example, it provides the ability to see app snapshots in full screen and kill apps with the use of swipe gestures.

Moreover, you can also enhance the ability of the app switcher through some customization. This was perfectly portrayed by a user, who connected a Bluetooth keyboard with the iPad and typed while the app switcher was open.

This means that it’s possible to use an app that has text input feature to type pages, and this would allow you to finish typing while you’re see the content from multiple apps. For example, if you’re writing a review for an app, you can use Safari to write the review, use app switcher to see the description in the App Store, and continue writing while seeing the release notes.

This shows that Apple is allowing users to retain the focus on the recently opened app in iOS 7. You can also try it for yourself, with a Bluetooth keyboard, preferably on an iPad. However, the feature would also work on iPhone and iPod Touch running iOS 7.
